USB hub drivers

Post by NascarFool »

Back to the damned HP USB Multimedia Keyboard again. While booting up to Win98SE, I hit the ESC key when the Win98 splash screen was displayed. It then showed the USB keyboard hub as an Alcor Micro AU9472 USB Hub . I searched the Alcor Micro website for drivers but none are to be found. I also tried Google with no luck. The HP Keyboard software directly from HP.com does not contain USB Hub drivers. Anyone have any ideas ? :( The USB hub part will not install on my 8RDA+ but it will install on my laptop.

Use a USB to PS/2 adapter. I dunno about you, but I always have one floating around somewhere.

yea, but he needs to plug it into the usb port to take advantage of the usb hub built into the keyboard, right?

Have you tried driver Guide?

BillyGoat is correct. Can't use a PS/2 adapter on it. I've looked almost everywhere for drivers.
