i dont plan to do it like that... i have a variable supply.. just keep bringing the voltage up untill i see the led start to get dim. thats when you know they have too much.

I tried to post last night and it got lost I guess. I was getting that problem again Pca had awhile back not being able to load a database or something.

I got the leds, I like em.

Uvs looked nice but it wasn't really dark enough when I tried one and I didn't have anything but some paper to look at with em. Wouldn't light at 1.5 v but was prety bright at 3v, used AA battieres.

Same with the reds. I was surprised the reds were clear when not lit, I thought they would be red plastic, I think I will like them better as clear anyway though. They are nice and bright! The wife has a keychain flashlight that uses a red led, I think these are nearly as bright as that is.

Should be easy to hide the clear reds in plexy so they show only when lit. Will be a nice effect.

I'll probly be buying more later, I'll be here and there running around for awhile, but when I'll be home for awhile I plan to get more.
