Increase your cpu cooling

By 2-3 degrees. :D

Because of the hub there is always a dead air spot. Why can't fan makers make a fan that's shaped so air angles more towards the center. I'd think that would be easy to do.

The above is zalman fan bracket which I had from one of their flower coolers. You can buy the brackets seperately. I wanted to have it straighter but my video card is in the way. That's a 92mm ys-tech fan. I have a 120mm on the way to try with the bracket.

Yeah that would be nice and make sense ...so they probably wont. I knew there was a reason I did not get one when I first saw them way back when now I remember why. :D

I know about that tmd fan, but I've also heard it is noisy. And it still has a hub on the center, though smaller of course. You'd think they could design fan blades to better center the air.

Anyway, this way is quiet. Though I use a fan controller to help.

I have an 80mm case fan kinda wedged around the hd racks on my main rig that blows across the mb to the rear - makes a big difference -

I picked up a box of 90mm case fans from directron for like $1 each which I'm going to use to experiment the next time I get the urge to play with hardware
