Watercooling Liquid - More Questions
ok, thing's up and running...
i gotta say.. this thing is idiot proof.. just had a hard time getting the tubing onto the blocks.. very tight (which is good)... the blisters from that is worth it
it's currently running at 90F load and 78-85F idle... is that typical or am i doing something wrong..
btw, the case temp is 78F (mb monitor) and i'm also using a m/b chipset block (it's much smaller than i anticipated)
the only thing to do now is to start putting in UV stuffs
... my cheapo Raidmax 350w that came w/ the case seems to be holding quite well...
i'm also up to 194x10.5 from 191x10.5 @ 1.85v - i'm stable at 200x10 but there's no difference in performance

u guys may find this odd but i have clorox in my water cooling system
2 reasons for this
1 chlorine is the best killer of waterborn living matter
2 chlorine is the best lubricant in the world (no joke look it up)
it does become corrosive if the tempurature gets too high like 90 deg
but that will never happen cuz my resevoir is huge

I tried turning off all the fans in the PC at night when i went to bed... i can't even get used to the silence that i'm expiriencing.... i lay there thinking.. damn.. how am i gonna sleep w/o all that noise?!?!
even w/ all the fans off the temps went to 95F... still not too bad i guess... it seems if i run at load for a while the temps then stay around 90F even when i go back to idle... still an improvement over my air cooling though
