are you overclocking when it won't post? and what kind of ram are you using? cause Corsair and this board have a spd issues and neither place has figured it out yet. mine does that sometimes but its only when i'm overclocking and it starts beeping at me and pisses me off reset it and it usually posts then.

yea the system is OC'ed when it wont post....but that shouldnt matter its nothign major. 150fsb. its some samsung (3500/433) but it has ramsinks on it so I dont know what it really is. it jsut doesnt make sence. system is fine. I torture it. sandra, F@H, 3dmark 2k3, and what ever else.

restart and it just wont boot. plenty of strange beeps though....sometimes.

it just doesnt make sence...I was gana type some other stuff but I dont remember what it is and was....installing...Again.

thats the same thing mine does... when it does that does it show the C1 error? cause if it does its a ram issue. I've read the 305 bios is suppose to take care of that problem but it sounds like it hasn't for you. I still haven't flashed to that bios yet.
