case cooling ?
the Last time I was Talking to myself . I got into such a heated argument . that is why I swore I never talk to that guy again. you know what it worked now no buddy talking to me.

Even better is front in, side in (over the GPU and/or CPU), and a nice dual-fan PSU to suck it all out. This way you also take better care of getting the heat out that is naturally rising in the first place.
For example, my Inwin Q500 tower has vents at the bottom, as well as the top, for natural airflow. Then I have a front intake fan (rather low CFM, tho'). And up at the top is my Enermax PSU. My Card Cooler is able to intake from the bottom vents. After installing The Card Cooler, I was finally stable at 2.4G (previously, it was only stable at 2.24G), and the fan noise from the PSU is still low, since it's self-adjusting depending on internal temperature.

First cut out all the fan grills out of the case so you have unresricted airflow. Case grills make noise and cuts down the effectivness of the fan.
Second, It's best to have equal or more intake than exuast.
I perfer more intake, seems to run not as loud. Plus with the added air pressure inside the case it helps to keep dust out. If you have more exuast than intake, well your case basiclly is a vacuum cleaner and that collects dust....dust builds up heat.
Oh yea, third thing. Wire tie your cables up nice and neat. Tuck them out of the way, you dont want to restrict the airflow inside of the case.
Just remember you can suck out hot air all day long, if you dont replace the hot air with enough cold air it's just going to run hot.
