try calling the company and asking for the RMA department
they should be able to look up your status with your name

well it might help if you told us what company you RMAed through
cause if we knew that, then maybe someone might know the number to call

would you care to tell us what company you are dealing with or are you just going to leave it to us to guess?

so you contacted MS to rma the mouse? cause i've done it twice with my intelli explorers and always had the replacement in a timely fashion... they don't even require that you send int he defective one...

I'm going through this now with my Explorer 3 mouse. The phone # to call is:
800-360-7561 Monday - Friday 5:00am to 7:00pm PST

With me, I had to send them a digital picture of the bottom of the mouse and I then faxed it over to this number: 716-447-7330

They wanted my name, address, email address and phone number.

Send the supposed "faulty" product back? Seems like it would be pretty easy to take advantage of this situation and get a free mouse out of them? lol eGo
