need some help. random reboots and IE Errors

Been doing this since I built the thing. Every now and then it will just reboot. Randomly. The HD will spin down, like when u shut it off, then it will spin back up and its posting. Changed out NIC, PS, and Video card. Second thing is that just started happening was IE would get those "internet explorer has caused errors and must shut down" Got those quite a few times before I got the random reboot. Well any ideas? Cuz I'm stumped. Specs are below. Thanks in advance!

AMD Athlon XP 2000+ Retail (running with retail fan at 51C, under load)
Shuttle AK32A (VIA Hyperion Drivers installed, latest)
ATI Radeon 9500 Pro 128mb (built by ATI)(change out with working voodoo3 2000)
400w Power Supply (changed out from Raidmax 350w PS)
Generic PCI NIC (Changed out from Compaq NC3121)
80gb WD HD 7200rpm
48x16x48x MSI CD-RW
Onboard sound with latest VIA drivers
Parellel and Serial ports disabled in BIOS
Fresh install of Windows XP Professional. Did it even with a fresh install of win2k pro

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

You might wanna make sure you don't have any spyware. I used to get those errors alllllllllll the time. It was because of some spyware called Xupiter. After I got it removed no problems. I was having random lockup issues with mine, it appeared to be a memmory issue, took out one stick and they stopped. GL! eGo

I've been into the UT as of late though. I know its old but the framerates are INSANE on my radeon 9500pro

And that makes it worth it hehe.

I'd like to get into UT, but I'm having enough trouble learning how to play Tribes!! I just can't seem to find a comfortable control setting. Once I do I'm sure I'll be pretty good at it though.. I don't like doing anything with the mouse when I play games like Tribes. I wanna use the keyboard straight up. And I don't wanna use my right hand for anything but moving. lol.. I guess that's my sacrifice..
