My Voodoo5 is my PCI/secondary card.

I have a Personal Cinema GF3 Ti200. Pretty nice. Compro sells GF4 versions of the Personal Cinema, too. If yer into Personal Cinema, that it.

Personally, I wouldn't buy an ATI card.

I got an ATI Radeon 9700 Pro and it screams! No problems whatsoever and it plays every single game I've thrown at it beautifully. Even the DOOM 3 Alpha runs at about 40 fps, which compared to a Ti4600 runs at about 9 fps. The Radeon will be faster for sure, plus you have DVI, VGA, and S-Video outputs. ATI's weak point has been drivers. The drivers for the Radeon 9700 Pro and the whole Radeon series have continually improved with the Catalyst series of drivers. There are already DX9 drivers out for the Radeon series, I don't think nVidia has DX9 drivers out yet.

DVI=for one of those digital flat panel jobs.

voodoo

I would suggest the ati 9700. It has better benchmarks. It can run games smoothly with all AA and crap turned on.

That is a card that will last for the next few years with next gen games
Gone for good. But never say never
