Opposite of blade's thread...
My submissions:
The Phantom Menace- most dissapointing movie EVER in my opinion, Im only gonna see Episode 2 after I read some reviews (I saw EP1 the day it came out). Horrible acting, incoherent disney-style plot etc etc
Jurassic Park 2- No real story, so so special effects, waste of time!
The Avengers- dont know if this did well at the box office, but this movie is pure suckage! I dont want to talk about it, too many bad memories :P

Armageddon I especially loathe. Deep Impact came out a couple months before and was a lot better, but thankfully it also made a ton of money itself.

Edit: Jurassic Park 2 should never have been made. It's like Spielberg asked his son how he wanted to end the movie. Also, Vince Vaughn is one of the worst actors in Hollywood. If you don't believe me, catch him in The Cell and Return to Paradise. I can only hope he's not in #3 which is coming out next summer. I can only hope that #3 will even be decent.

Titanic isn't that bad for a 3 hours movie... I was at the theatre and the 3 hours wasn't that hard to get by(Btw, my woman forced me to go, if it wasn't for her, I will probably never see that movie!)... :D

Anyway, I think Scream/I know what you didily ididly did last summer are simply THE WORST movie ever! Somehow that killer just keep coming back and he can appear/disappear whenever he wants... just stupid, and I always get confused between the 2... :argue

Agree with some of the ones here. Independence Day (ID4) had some cool SFX but other than that I thought the movie kinda sucked. You can add Godzilla with that too...

I simply loathed Deep Impact and that extremely boring Tai Leoni(spelling?} or is is lyona. And to think she is the star of Jurassic Park 3. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh! :(
At least Sam Neil is back and maybe she'll get eaten quickly.

Godzilla was a total waste as was Titanic. Phantom Messup suked too as did those teen slasher films like scream and I did it last summer. Lost World shoulda stayed lost! Who even liked one character from that movie.

I thought Armageddon was ok, not great but fun to watch and with good music too. American Pie wasn't bad. It had one scene that really cracked me up. That bathroom scene when the nerd was given exlax and he mistakenly goes into the gals bathroom. And what happened when some gals came in. :lol I liked ID4 a lot. I thought it was mucho fun.

Alien 3 and 4, while they didn't do bang up box office they were total disgraces to the first 2 great films. Especially 3.

There's some more that did well at the box office that I hate that I can't think of now, probably because I intentionally forgot about em.

I know sometimes we all like different things but I think some movies only do well at the box office because of great ads convincing others it is a must see.

I agree with most of what's up here except for Armegedon which I quit enjoyed because it didn't attempt to take itself seriously (unlike Deep Impact) it was pretty much "Homer in Space" all the way through and keept me entertained.

My quick additions to the surfeit of suckage:

Any Movie by Wes Craven (with the possible exception of Nightmare OES 1).

Every film containing either Jan Claude Van Dam (world's most arrogant man) or Steven Segalll (a close second).

Tomorrow Never Dies: Plot? Charecters? Anything? Worst Bond movie ever, (not including Thunderball & On Her Majestie's as both are too bad to even be considered Bond movies).

Alien 3&4 (ugh James Cameron did such a great job on Aliens and then these were a big dissapointment).

A film so bad I cannot even remember the name but you will know it, Nicholas Cage drives around in an Ambulance. 2 hours of uninterrupted boredom.

Darkheart was it called Bring out the Dead ?
I haven't watched it all , it looked bad.
Blade I also didn't like Deep Impact very much, it was too slow for me.
Armageddon was so emotional when Willis took Ben Affleck's place so he could marry his daughter...sob sob, I must go now...

American Beauty is the worst I think.

Titanic wasn't so bad. It had a little for everyone. The first half was for the chics and the second part had action so it was for guys. I would say any Wayans brothers movies gotta suck but I don't think any of them every earned a lot of money.
