Hauppauge WinTV USB TV Tuner & video capture device as described here:

It's the model 602 listed on that page.

Works great - you can use it to watch TV (all 125 cable channels) on your desktop or laptop. Also has video and s-video inputs for a VCR. It also acts as a video capture device so you can record AVIs from the TV tuner or video inputs.

Used, no box. I have the original manual and CD, and a CD-R with the latest version of the drivers (all Windows versions including XP) and TV viewer application.
