WTB 300-500MHZ CPU and mobo combo

I'm in the mood to plug in something to the home stereo to play MP3's from the LAN and I smoke checked the mobo I was going to use so now I need another mobo/cpu. It needs to be ATX and that's about it, nothing too fancy here.

I would like to pay with paypal but can send a MO also.
