I called tech support and initially they couldn't even find the product - then they told me what was listed on the website - didn't know how long the warranty was, but offered to connect me to rma department - I coulda done better calling the National Zoo and asking for Mr. Bear.

scratch Dlink off the list of preferred vendors -

So typical....

Did you see if there is a DLink forum over at http://www.dslreports.com? or http://www.practicallynetworked.com?

Maybe you will get lucky at one of those places.

Cheers!

I googled around and found the list of console commands which is buried somewhere on the dlink sight - there is a "config default" command which should change everything back to factory defaults - those folks were totally unimpressive - i woulda bought that belkin wireless/wired dsl router at omax but they were out of stock, so i got a 40x liteon cdrw for my trouble instead :)

if i have time tonight i'll fool around with it
