Just wondering if there was a way to do this... so that the fan would spin at the same rpm and thus put out the same air flow? cause i know its only running at half its speed being fed with 12v's instead of 24.

you would have to recoil it and you would draw double the watts to pull it @ the same speed

double the watts
double the
current for the same power. remember that 24V at 2A is the same power as 12V at 4A.

gotcha thought maybe there was a resistor inside there on the PCB i could change to drop it to 12v's...

umm... just build an inverter. if thats really what you want to do.
