ya i'm trying to find an excuse to get a 9700 also... so far everything i've come up with hasn't passed the womans approval... So it looks like i'm gonna have to sell some stuff and hide the money in paypal till i got enough... hehehe

I'll probably give it a try, but I was never a fan of UT. It just never "felt" as good as an Id game. The physics were off, it took WAY too long to load (I'm a Gamespy user so I have to load the game each time I join a server - and the UT in-game browser sucked) and the weapons sucked.

I did like a couple of the "reality" mods like the Swat Team one, but Quake3 Urban Terror was way better. I finally blew UT off my drive and never looked back.

atleast it used Color. I mean Q3 only had brown and gray and looked like a blocky cartoon.

I installed it and everything but either I'm stupid or it doesn't save my key-bindings. I tell it that I don't want "R" as team chat, yet when I change it it always keeps 'R' as team chat. It reminds me a lot of halo for some reason. Has that "cartoony" feel... ....looks like it might be an alright game, but I never really liked the original either. Always been a big id fan. I do like the double jump feature though. Kinda like strafe jumping in a way...
