No, it wasn't one of ours, they all came wiht me in the bus. Which is now about dead. Get it home and it barely made it up the driveway.

thanks. I think they should sell more of them to criminals.

About the bus, I dont think its anything serrious, just the points and alternator. Should have it fixed in a few hours when i get around to it.
And where the hell do you change Goober User at? i looked all over, i did it on another board somewhere. Or is it i have to make so many post before it will let me?

About the bus,

If you burned your points check the resistor. Drove me nuts years ago on a 22' truck I had. 12v system only runs the points at about 6v. My resistor was bad and feeding full 12v. Had to stop and file/re-adjust the burnt points about every 55miles! Ran great then started losing power till it would hardly move. Do it again, over and over till I found the little resistor was the problem! Only about a $10 part for a unaversal one if that's your problem.

Was a real pain too since it was a tilt cab!!

With all this new electronic ignitoin stuff, most people/shops don't know much about points unless they work on the old colecter stuff or are an old timer so I thought I'd mention it.

Pugsley - You should be able to change your title to almost anything you like. I don't believe there's a minimum post count required any more.

Click Profile>Edit Profile and enter your desired title in the Custom User Text box. Go the bottom and click the Submit Modifications button and you should be good to go. If not let me know.

Looks like all of you had a good time there at Greg's.
