Looking for a notebook
Stupid people do stupid things, smart people outsmart each other, then themselves.
I don't think they make RD ram laptops. As fas as I know mobile P4's all use 266FSB DDR for ram. I could be wrong however. As far as the video cards go I'm not sure that Nvidia has TI versions of the GF3/4. The main laptop gaming vid cards are the 32MB GF2 GO, 32 and 64MB GF4 GO, or the modile Radeon 7500.
To fit the rest of your specs though I would check out either Dell.com, or alienware.com. Personally I think Dells machines are a LOT better due to thier pricing and customization options but some people will disagree with me.

Check out Bestbuys online lappy selection as they sometimes have some good deals there too. I don't know about your ram choices however but IMO (and from what others have said), the slowest part of any notebook PC, the speed limiting factor is the HDD which is slower due to its small physical size. I don't think that the ram will matter that much in comparison.
