Well i got the new board into me system, but now, the bugger just keeps shutting off randomly... not alot, but at important times, like in the middle of a game of UT. I would guess that the powersupply is going bad?? any suggestions ?

I would say

1- test and check your heat

2- test and swap PSUs

3- make sure that your power settings are correct (that it isnt made to shut off after an hour)

4- If you were to say "at important times, like in the middle of a game of CS" .......then I wouldve slapped you
Gone for good. But never say never

Sorry for the late reply .... No it isnt the heat... and it is doing it less now, but still doing it.. It is running at about 56c / 147f 24/7 when gameing or running programs... when doing nothing its 49c / 130f or so. so i dont think it is the problem, even though i would still like to lower that a bit. need a better cooling for processor, but dont got the money

Thats sounds real hot to me. I would pull the side off of the case and aim a small house fan in there and see if that dont help until you can improve you cooling setup
