I also had a trade with him back when we were over at EZboard. He came through on the trade, and his constant emailing got to be annoying... TOO much communication

Actually he wanted me to ship first, I told him we'd CROSS SHIP, had to explain the whole concept to him (never thought I'd have to do that for an experienced trader). Over something as small as a DVD for a P233 I guess I wasn't too worried.

But my opinion is not going to change anyones mind. So what, I can understand why.

Mike, I don't think that is what MoFo is trying to say, but instead if Stank Troll were really planning on becoming a good trader the first step is to make good with the folks he screwed over, which has not happened. The second step is if he gives his word to do something then to actually do it is in order, which he has failed on. I have no qualms about posting Little Nicky's information and I will post my own before he does, you see Nicky the willingness to do the right thing regardless of the consequences is what makes a man, maybe someday that may mean something to you.

I know. I was playing on his words. Hopefully, he will start making do with all the people that are on his bad side. In my opinion, I gave him a chance to get on my bad side and so far, he has not done that. I, as a respected (I think) trader was trying to give him a push in the right direction. I am not the only one who has dealt with him. He has a few refs under Heatware.

I submit the no bad evals argument as invalid for these reasons the crap Nick pulled was way before heatware and many of the people he screwed over never came back because they no longer trusted anyone on any boards (you know screw me once your fault, screw me twice my fault) and besides heatware is not the end all, be all of bbs trading, it is almost like you guys are denying any of this ever happened, we didn't have the organization then that we do now to watch out for each other.

Now those who have spoken goldenly of the little Rat Bastard will be partially to blame when someone reads your statements and decides to ignore our warnings and ends up taken it all the way in the poopchute from the sneaky motherfscker. Wicked MF, your reputation as a Good Trader won't be harmed but you will be seen by some of us as a person who for the sake of a good deal decided to dance with the Devil and then was foolish enough to stand up for the little pecker head. Because you and SuperG are good traders others will take your word that Blade, Hammer and Myself are just some meanies who are picking on Pizza Face and decide to ignore our warnings and throw caution to the wind. Hell he might be good for the next 20 or 30 trades but mark my word; he will end up fscking someone over. Of course he will cry, snivel, whimper and beg to be forgiven and he will use you guys and the trades he made with you to try and save his faggot ass.

The thing that made the incestuous little bastard so dangerous was his ability to smooth talk others into trusting him. If you were a stank thief and you wanted to get access to the bounty to be had here wouldn't you try and make some good trades? Just about two months ago I ran into the chubby little Skank over at AMDZone. He had smooth talked another trader there into shipping to him first. Well the guy hadn't received his payment and had posted an inquiry asking if anybody had any info on Fecal Breath. Not until I posted about Slick being the maggot he is did dear old Nicky decide to come forward and make the deal good.

Regarding no bad evals on Heatware regarding Puto Stank. He his time in the Sun was way before heat and Rage even heard of AGN. We had successfully chased him from AGN, Anandtech and Hardware Central. Over at Hardware Central Spurst was wary of our warnings too. Being the bleeding Heart Liberal he is he wanted positive proof about Stank Meat and he wanted those who had been ripped off to come forward. Well besides Joshua and Vidman, there were about a half dozen others who had been thieved out of their goods by little Nick the Dick. The evidence was so overwhelming that "Let the Convicts Vote" Spurst (Hey Spurst I kid you) had no choice but to ban his ass for good.

Now I ask you, how many people does it take being ripped off before one is declared Persona non-Gratis? 1, 3 or 10? I think it should be just one. Understand this all who have spoken on his favor, PCA is suppose to be the home of the Elite Trader, the place you can feel comfortable about not getting ripped off. By you coming forward and witnessing for him you are trashing that rep big time. If for some reason this place let's him back in, or the traders here start talking about letting him back in (I know Blade would die first before letting that ever happen) you will be driving a stake right into the heart of this places reputation. I can assure you that over at Anandtech Nick Stank will never ever be allowed to trade there knowingly. If he has snuck in and traded under another alias he has done it without our knowledge.

Finally to all of those who have defended and traded with him openly, I am not going to put you on any blacklist or openly tarnish your reputation, but know this, your judgment will be questioned. I will see any more talk by you suggesting that he is being unfairly treated as you saying that Blade, Vidman, others and myself are liars. Frankly that is an insult that I do not take lightly. You must really think we are petty little individuals to come out and say that we would just to pick on fuzznuts because we feel like victimizing the asswipe. Well continue to do as you have and watch this sites reputation go down the toilet and the exodus of traders like myself over to Anandtech and ******** where Joshua has stated that no dealings with Stanky will ever be permitted. You are being played as fools but you do not know it. Your egos won’t let you see how Puto Stank is manipulating you and doing it with cheesy trades. Your greed is not only going to hurt you but others as well. Just like I said in the beginning of this post, if Nick rips off one person because they read your endorsement of him you will be as much at fault as Puto Stank. Are you willing to put your neck on the line for him? Are you willing to put Blades Hard work and all our reputations on the line for him?

Most that had bad experiences with him are no longer around. However there are 2 that I know of still around and one is a member of this forum but he's very busy now, perhaps he will speak up though. Another is a member of another site and he probably won't relay his experience here.

Trying to convince another to ship first is something he has always done. He's a good talker when he wants to be, I grant him that. Sticking to his word has always been a major problem. He had sworn he would stay away from this forum and not email anyone from this site, yet here he still is.

Did anyone ever think that perhaps he's making good deals with some of you just so he can screw or take advantage of others now that he has some good refs?

And who that was around a couple years ago can remember him trashing forums and their members around the net. Many of you were not. I remember very well his pathetic actions.

I know we can all change and if you recall I was considering giving him a second chance here, till many spoke up demanding he not be around. Then that friendly nicky became hostile again. He always has when he doesn't get his way. From what I've seen of his actions he hasn't changed a bit. I suggested he stay away for at least 2 years and he agreed to do so. But with him a year is a few weeks and weeks later he was again emailing members trying to convince them to "ship first". Later he promises several more times to stay away, he never did.

He has burned his bridges very well and he will never be welcome here. Bank on it!

For those that have had pleasant deals with him that's your business and I'm happy it worked out well for you. Consider yourself fortunate. But please don't encourage others to deal with him.

You know Red, sometimes you really get on my nerves... but I think this is the first time I've ever read one of your posts and can completely and whole heartedly agree with you. You guys who have "Danced with the Devil" as Red put it should be ashamed. Not that you made the mistake of dealing with him... but that you are here defending the little rat bastard. True some of the old timers should put SOMETHING on heatware for any newbies to help avoid him... but I haven't seen ANY newbies posting here about him. Only people that should have already known about him.

Blade, due to the Dire Situation regarding the Puto Stank I think his name should top the list of Bad Traders. The word needs to be out that to trade with him is bad news. Others have taken upon themselves to ignore our warnings and have gone as far as to actually endorse the Original Sinner. People must understand that this guy is Radioactgive when it comes to trading. He is like Leprosy and those who fall in with him surely will rot.
