Just came back from the movie, it was $7.00 well spent :) The place was 1/2 full, and it wasn't a small sitting either, around ~100 people. Lots of kids there as well.

The movie was longer than others I've seen. Went it at 7, came out at 9.

The action scenes were nice while it was there, but a bit short? Best part I liked was when he found out about his changed self, and the shot when he told the secretary that he is a reporter, lol :) Betcha they got that one from one of the photo camera commercials.

Who was the fellow that played spiderman? Really enjoyed his performance.

Son took me out for my birthday!!

I thought it was pretty true to the comic book as I remember it and was well done. Not very deep or stand alone great but good actors & built for sequels.

Didn't they announce already that the sequel will be out in 2004? Anybody got some recent sales figure on this movie?

Question for you fellas, the actors/actresses are paid by per movie, correct? What if under circumstances, like this movie possibly will, does extremely well and they make huge sales, do the actors/actresses get extra bonuses?

I think salaries and stuff have been negotiated for the second one already (they were before the first even was out). It should seem obvious to anyone that the ending to this movie is just a lead-in to the sequel.

Now there is talk of making a number 3 in the series. So Kirsten Dunst and Tobey Maguire will probably ask for more money since the first is such a huge success already.

I was entertained, but not thrilled. Dunst just doesnt do it for me.

I read Tobey Maguire only made $4mil for this one, and already signed a contract for $27mil for Spiderman 2+3. i like him, he's a decent actor

The movie was excellent and yes I like Kirsten Dunst. :)

Alot of the scenes in the movie were closeby to where I work and used to live.

So there will be a sequel, cool. I thought the movie was great.

That Hulk preview's the same (too short) trailer shown at the theators now. I'd like to see more as I think it has potential for being another good flick. Anyone else wonder how many houses he'd go through with every change like shown in that trailer?
