Looks purty. How is the video card secured to the motherboard? Does the mobo have one of those locking mechanisism? (I think I saw one). What about that PCI card? How ya gonna keep that from commin' loose (might not even be a problem depending on how tight the card fits in the PCI slot).

At first I didn't like the case itself, it was too flashy. But with the fan grills and leds, it mixes quite well. Good job! Once I finish modding my Lian-Li (like that'll ever happen :p ) I'll take some pics.

[edit]
can I see a pick of the left side where the CD-ROM is? Are you gonna stealth that drive or just leave it how it is? I stealthed my CD-RW in my lian li! :p It would look nice if you did the same, I think. As long as it didn't change the integrity of the case much.

CDrom isnt even secured yet. Im jsut gana have the Slot cut and the power button cut out. think that would be the best look. The cards just stay in there. they are so light (small) and the slots are Tight (jsut how I like them)...so no major probs yet.

Cool. Yeah, they are very good fans. I have the controlled one on my Heatsink, very quiet, my hard-drive drowns out all my fans now.. ;)

thats freaking awesome, i might try something like that in the summer...cheaper than buying a laptop

for the LCD, u think its possible to cut out a whole in the top of the briefcase, and attach the LCD to a portion of the cutout piece and make it a swivel thing so you can use the computer with the case closed or opened...i must not make any sense...but it seems really cool in my head :)

yes, more pictures!

i was planning on building one using an 80mm HSF or an intel CPU so its quieter, and using 80mm Panaflo L fans

the LCD...thing of it as the lid on some trash cans, and how they can swing around and stuff

so attach the LCD to one side, and obviously you need some sort of locking mechansim so it doesnt rotate freely all the time, but then the LCD can be used when the briefcase is closed if the screen is rotated towards the outside before hand

i'd attempt to draw a picture but i gotta finish my stupid biology ISP about human reproduction...gotta love these cross section diagrams ;)
