Well dude, it must be your ISP. I know several people using it, and it works with no problems. I would suggest you read the FAQ's, as you might find your answer there on his web site.

Well I haven't given up on it yet.

The tech support has been really good, he has responded to every email I have sent.

Most of the time, when trying to bounce or delete, I get this message.

"Information stored about the current state of the mail account (eg. which messages it has), is out of date. Try again once the mail if reloaded"

I then reload, try it again, and get the same message.

The tech guy said this is really rare and he is getting out a new version to eliminate this happening.

What's really frustrating is this happens sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. Unfortunatetly though, more often than not it does.

Been trying it since this post started...
I love it....keeps my outlook clean and I dont have to worry about the SPAM CRAP coming to my computer. I have it checking two POP3 accounts. I cant bounce from one of them because it is a POP with my old ISP. To send mail from that ISP you must be connected with them which Im not...Therefore the bounce from that account doent work...No biggie.
I just really like the fact that the SPAM stays on the server and I dont have to download it :)
Only time will tell if it actually reduces the amount of SPAM.
