Thoughts on Shiri

I'm really excited about getting this one. From what I've read its a South Korean spy movie.

Has anyone seen this yet? reviews, thoughts?

I heard the reviews were mixed. Alot of kick arse action but the story could have been better.

Either way, I ordered it. :D

I saw about 30 minutes through before my eyes start closing on me from being tired.

This is my early impressions of it. The beginning scenes in the movie were REALLY violent.(wife was turned off immediately). The story was also slow going in the beginning so I gotta wait till the action starts picking up.

I will let you know.

I finally finish watching this. It wasn't as bad as I thought. The movie had both good and slow parts. I would give it a 2.5 out of 4 stars. The action was nothing that we have not seen before. The story was decent with some good if not predictable twists and turns.

I still could not see why there was big fuss over this movie. Maybe because it was the first Korean blockbuster movie that went semi mainstream and made alot of $$.

Thoughts.
