I just saw "kiss of the Dragon" with Jet Li this weekend and I thought the movie kicked some serious arse. The action was GREAT and the story was good but who see Jet Li's movies for the story anyway.
I have been getting into his later movie endeavors which includes The Black Mask, Kiss of the Dragon, and the One. Jury is still out on Romeo must Die.
He is beginning to grow on me. Is there any other older Hong Kong movie that is worthy of a look????
Not a bad movie altogether, although some parts were stupid and unnecessary. You should see "Once upon a time in China" if you want some Hong Kong style Jet Li action.
ANY movie with Chow Sing Chi is awesome....he's so funny. I liked Shoulin Soccer, Love on a Diet is pretty funny too (though it's Cantonese and Japanese if you care). I watch HK movies constatly and they're growing on me more and more. Tricky Brains w/ Chow Sing Chi is great. Chow Sing Chi movies aren't really chock full of action, but they're funny (picture Chow Sing Chi like the Jim Carry in the US --not so much the style of comedy, just that he's known for his comedic roles)

The ultimate Jet Li movie I think is Fist of Legend !
Awesome action and a remake of The Chinese Connection. A must see for any HK movie fans!!
I also recommend Tai Chi Master a.k.a Twin Warriors!!!!!!!
