i'm really interested in one of those 45gb 75gxp's (frickin' awesome price!)
i'm just wondering how quiet they are... i've got a Seagate ST320430A (7.6ms... yahoo!) and it's a big noisy... i've got an ultra-stealth computer right now and the only noise coming out of it is the hard drive and dvd operational noises (i'm going to fix the dvd up today w/ some dynamat). So, i'm looking for a pretty quiet hdd...
anyone have any experience with this drive? see if you can stick your ear about 12" away from it (with no case in the way... only air) and see how loud it is
thanks in advance!
