I am wanting to take some old family 8mm and VHS tapes and put them on a CD or DVD, does this card do this? And if so does it come with software to do so? If not, which software would you recommend? No Adobe products... too expensive
sure does..thats what this card is mostly for..hooking up vhs, camcorders...there is a bunch of software available on the net u can download. or go to your local computer retailer and pickup something other then adobe(it is expensive) programs that do what you want done...I know cause my friend does it all the time, i cant remember what program he uses though.
