Cable/DSL availability in San Antonio?

Post by TruckStuff »

I'm going to be moving to San Antonio, TX in a few months and I need to find a place that has either cable or DSL access for work. I've been looking on the internet trying to find providers in the area with minimal success. Does anyone know a site that will tell me if broadband is available at a particular location? Or can you at least some providers in San Antonio/Bexar County? Thanks.

Try

http://www.2wire.com

They have a lookup table for DSL based on area code. They also have a GREAT bandwidth meter to see what D/L speed you are getting at whatever job site you're at.

Call Time Warner Cable when you get there. They offer Road Runner. I believe the number is 344-0500

There was a new company called Grande. They are real good. I use to have them while in San Marcos, just a few miles north of S.A.
