Normally, it gives you the option to stretch the image and is setup differently. Why is mine not like that?

Also, if you disable "IE Enhancements" using tweak UI (this essentially disables Active Desktop, and all it's functions) you lose the Stretch option (it's part of Active Desktop).

Why would you want to do this? Active desktop is a MAJOR performance hog, even when it's disabled in Display properties. By disabling IE Enhancements you can dramatically improve the desktop performance of an older computer.

I don't have Active Desktop enabled and I still have the stretch function ?!? Well, then again, I'm using Win2k .... and I got nothing strange disabled via TweakUI .... did this happen after upgrading to those new Radeon drivers or somehow else?

I couldn't tell you if it happend after installing the new drivers. I had the older official drivers (7115) for a while and just updated tonight to see if it would fix that (along with half-life problems) and it did neither.

It's not so much that I want to "fix" it, its just strange that it's different than what I'm always used to seeing. I didn't install windows and all that jazz any differently than I have in the past..

Just strange is all and was curious what was causing it :)
