Which Mobo and CPU?

Eighteen months have rolled around since my last upgrade, I currently have a BX mobo, Epox BX3, with PIII 800. I would like to upgrade both but still use my SDRAM I have 896 MB split among 2 computers with identical mobos and CPUs. What are my options. They would be use for gaming mainly(single,LAN,multiplayer). Thanks.
