Stupid grocery store

Over the years it seems that gallon milk containers have always used the same color label no matter what brand it is. Whole milk had a red label, 2% milk had a blue one. Last week I went to the store, a rare thing for me to do, naturally I grabbed a gallon of milk with a blue label on it. Well, my coffee started tasting terrible. I looked at the nice blue label and it said ½%, WTF. I've heard of 1% and 2% but never in my life have I heard of ½% milk. Today I grabbed a gallon of 2% that has a red/pink label on it. Now my coffee tastes much better. I'll be happy to get moved to Denver so the wife can do the shopping again.

Yup, they do that here. different companies different labels. At my store you have to watch out for the date more than label. Stupid bass turds leave outdated milk in the coolers.

½% milk? wtf is up with that?

2% is bad enough... but ½% ???????

I swear the ½% is water with white dye in it. It sure made the coffee taste terrible.

Never hear of half, but I drink skim milk! Anything else, and it just tastes nasty to me now...

I have to agree with psbaby69. Ew milk.... blech. I prefer my coffee sweet and black and strong. Guess I should drink more espresso, ooh wait no, chocolate covered espresso beans! Yeah! Major buzz in just a small amount!
