thanks peeps! Think I'll get windvd. Gots me a radeon also but have read some whorror stories about it (well, not really whorror stories I jsut wanted to use that word).

I think most are good now days like the ones already mentioned. I prefer power dvd 4 because it can do screen captures easily. The others can't, unless that was added in later versions.

I also have a Ho loading . . . . ummm . . . slut loading Pioneer DVD. I used PowerDVD that came on the Asus mobo CD. It works great. The wifes new lapper came with WinDVD and it works good too.
Been using my ATI DVD player forever now and not had a problem with it. I'll include it on that disk I send ya, it can be your choice to install it or not
