Nice find! Very fast and seems to be very consistent.

It rates my connection slower than Broadband Reports does.

That test gave me 3.53 Mbs
Broadband Test gave me 4.65 Mbs

Bad test for me. It showed my upload speed at 10 Mbps and my download at like 3 Mbps. My upload is capped at less than 1 Mbps and I can gurantee that my download is more than 3 Mbps.

Alright guys, I did the speed test and my download was a measly 333kps. Understandable since my card will only connect at 10mpbs full duplex, but my QoS is 31%. When I ran the network cable I ran it through the holes already occupied by electricity lines in the floor joists and then up to my room. Would this cause a lot of interference or do you think maybe I have a bad cable or clip on it?

4.21 down 449 up on comcast delaware - through a wireless connection

seems to be faster since I moved the big metal toolbox that was sitting next to the wireless router (doh :) )

impure - go to http://www.broadbandreports.com and run their diagnostics and see if you have the rwin and all that stuff set right - the fact that your nic is only 10 shouldn't make a difference

Alright my RWIN 17520 it says it needs to be between 48180 and 125560. Anybody know a good number to use, or is it just guess and check?

I checked my speed one day because it seemed like internet was going fast and I was hitting 4mbps consistantly. Then I found I was running on half-duplex so I went to full and that dropped my speed down to 300KBps. Any reason why, or just bad card?
