Also gave up on Google Android Calendar app

My other woe has been the Google calendar app. It lags horribly in monthly view. Has since the major UI uodate a few years ago.

I was trying to use it again because I like its visibility, but it's just useless in monthly view, and I need that view sometimes.

Went back to Business Calendar 2. So much snappier. The UI takes some getting used to but it's a much better app. Free version works fine for me. I don't need the pro features.

Follow up. Just checked Google calendar again and lag is nowhere near as bad with Swiftkey installed, so that was the primary culprit. Think I'll stick with Business Calendar though.
