I have a OEM Pentium 4 1.4 Ghz that I have been running for a month or so without a Problem. It runs 1.71 GHZ on my setup. Which is a Asus P4T motherboard with 512 megs of Samsung pc800 @ 1.8 Volt. Although I ran it at a safe setting of 1.61 GHZ 95% of the time @ 1.75 Volt this unit only needed basic cooling to clock like this I used a $9 Cool Master cooler with a Upgraded fan. It would run 33C while surfing and 42C under full load. I will take $325 shipped with Insurance and tracking thru Fed Ex Ground. My Heatware is under NOS440.
The reason I'm selling this is I dealed my way into a 1.5 GHZ. So this one has to go.
