It's actually getting decent reviews:

TWO THUMBS UP!!!!!!

Wife and I just saw it and it was great! No long boring introductions to set up the characters as has become so common nowadays in films. It goes right into an action sequence in the beginning and never slowed down long enough to lose my attention.

Take away the sci-fi element, and it's STILL a good western - had the feel of a classic John Wayne western.

Highly recommend you see it in the theater if you can. Good sound and good visuals. Lovely scenery.

I heard the same thing. I've heard a few of my more critical friends say that it'd have been better just as a western. Hoping to see it & Captain America soon.

Saw it today and it's a great movie, really enjoyed it. Even my non-scifi wife liked it which surprised me. The scenery looks alot like northern AZ near Sedona but it's actually filmed in NM.

Yeah I saw it on Saturday with the wife also. Excellent movie, and Olivia Wilde is a looker. What a beautiful looking woman.
