Cogent, his T1 provider, only doles out IPv6 in blocks of several BILLION addresses, even to individuals.
I can see it now, when in the year 2050 we max out IPv6 because every single nanite particle on the planet needs an IP address, and they our decedents curse us for our short sightedness....
