Dont think so, but I do know Apple's bluetooth is total crap...

I had a macbook Pro
I have an iphone

They both have bluetooth....they could see eachother and pair....then guess what they could do....NOTHING! Only way to sync anything with a macbook and iphone is to plug it in....but iphone and windows machine can sync outlook, pics, music....what a crock...I sold the macbook..

Apple uses standard Bluetooth protocals.

That said, Bluetooth is very unreliable sometime. Some phones like certain headsets better than others. I have found that, unsurprisingly, Motorola headsets work best on Motorola phones.

Bluetooth pairing procedures are also very flaky. There are 2 or 3 different ways to pair and every device has it's own method. Make sure you read the documentation for both the phone and the headset. With Motorola headsets you generally have to put the heatset in discovery mode (press the button a certain number of times until a light turns a certain color) and then have the phone go into discover mode and find the headset. When it does, you usually have to enter a pin number (provided in the headset documentation).

I could never get Bluetooth headsets to work reliably with my Palm Pre. Works fine for hours, then loses sync, and it's a huge drain on the battery. I went to using the provided headset with mic for my phone, and it works wonders. Might look into that for the 4G. Sure, you have a cable, but no flaky connections.

I use a BT speaker clipped to my sun visor. Works well with my Razr except every once in a while it loses sync.

I've used a Moto headset which worked okay, but the wife said sounded like crap, and I've tried the Camry's built in BT speaker which my wife says sounds even worse.

The speaker on the sun visor works well because it's so close to me so the Mic has no problems picking me up clearly.
