this sucks .2 bad HD

i have a 80 gig wd800 & seagate barracuda 7200.7 200gig and both of them the circuit boards smell really ripe .and the seagate when you put power to it you see a smoke rise :(
the Last time I was Talking to myself . I got into such a heated argument . that is why I swore I never talk to that guy again. you know what it worked now no buddy talking to me. :help

Heh, sounds like a bad PSU or perhaps lightning took hold of them. Wouldn't be the first time that has happened.
When all else fails, replace the user.
