anyone know of any that will work.. have tried a trendnet PCI.. no go.. and a Zonet USB.. neither work w/ XP 64 edition..

Did you check their websites for ujpdated XP64 drivers?

Linksys WMP54GS PCI Wifi card is XP64 compatible according to NTCompatible.com:

I personally wouldn't use a PCI Wifi card, though, unless you're practically right next to the AP or the line of site is not blocked by the computer case.
