Run Regedit and go to: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\NVIDIA Corporation\Global\NvTweak]

Add a DWORD entry called "CoolBits" (without quotes) and set the value to 3.

You'll now have a tab in the Geforce Additional display properties for overclocking - it's called "Hardware" I think.

WARNING: Looks like there's a bug in the new drivers when you use the Coolbits registry hack for overclocking. More details here: http://www.3dchipset.com/news.asp#3757

I would recommend deleting the Coolbits registry entry and using a third party overclocking utility. Lots of free ones around. I use powerStrip, but it's shareware.

I haven't had any problems yet. Also I am able to overclock without problems when just using coolbits.
