No easily. Not that I'm aware of anyway. You'd need something that can convert it to MPEG1 or MPEG2 and then it would be fairly simple to make a VCD or DVD from those.

winavi can do it. but in my experience with them, you are kinda rolling the dice on the quality; depends on the source video.
