Help with a virus removal

I'm trying to help a good friend of mine who has a virus that can't be removed with AVG. Here is the info from AVG:

Downloader Turow
Trojan Horse
Downloader Benati is found in file cwinsys32 vleshy.exe

I've gone to Symantec site, but their download tools I do not see anything for the above. The information above was recorded on a piece of paper from my friend, so I did not see the screen shot myself.

you probbably need to see what exactly he's infected with. You would be wasting your time guessing at what he has or doesn't have.

Keep in mind that AVG, McAfee and Symantec don't always use the same name for a virus, which gets rather confusing....
