saw some activity earlier tonight - like a red gauze over the northern area of the sky up to about 45 degrees - will go back out and check later and try and take some pics if it comes back

weird - it was there and then it wan't a few minutes later

anybody else getting anything?

probably was something from the solar storm they've been talking about these past few days maybe?

Been watching ... last night was supose to be the best ... but I havent been able to see anything yet.
Of courst I am in TX.
