Anyone know of an app that can make an auto-repeating DVD?

I have a client who would like to make a DVD-R that will automatically repeat so he can leave it running in a kiosk.

Unlike VHS players this seems to be a feature that has to be encoded into the DVD - it's not a feature on the player.

It's called "single chapter auto-play".

I've only found one app that does this and it's EXPENSIVE (like several hundred dollars).

Anyone know of something in the $100 range that can do this?
