Sandra gone Psycho?

Ok Guys.. Installed Sandra 2003Dmax on a system I'm having random lockups with.. I figured they could be due to heat, so I go into the CPU info, and the fan speed is alll OVER the charts.. First time I see it, its at 8777, so I hit refresh 37823 (Yah, that's what I said.) then down to 1900 then up to 8000 then down to 3000 I mean ALL over.. Is this just Sandra being stupid, or is it possible for fans to go crazy like that? I'm lookin' for an excuse to open this case and get a first hand look at a P4 setup, but I'd rather not.. lol.. eGo

Sandra defiantly has issues with some of it's readings like that. Dont let that stop you tho open that sucker up man.

It's pretty nice in there.. It's got a sweet little mATX board w/agp.. Dunno what else it has though.. The HSF was cool to the touch, so I'm guessing heat isn't causing it.. And it is air conditioned in here at all times.. So who knows.. eGo

Well.. If you have the cover off now, or even not, you should be able to HEAR somethinge like that giving you your answer.
