Top 5 ways to beat computer rage :

- Walk away from the computer.

- Remember that you're not the first person to have PC trouble.

- Remember that the computer is just a machine.

- Take a deep breath and inhale for four seconds. Exhale slowly over three seconds and repeat until calm.

- If you continue to suffer Hulk-like rage, set up a punching bag nearby (people actually do this!). At least it's softer than a monitor and not as easy to break

I combat PC rage by remembering that the box I'm pissed off at cost me around $1500 and if I break it, I don't have another $1500 to replace the parts I broke
