Hi there HOON. I would recommend the following motherboards Epox 8RDA+ or the Asus A7N8X. I heard some really good things about them. I been Abit motherboard fan for quite awhile they make some really good stuff. Might just snoop around online with reviews about motherboards which best suit the specification for the use of the computer.
Cheers

nForce is definately the way to go, I think. If you're not going to be overclocking, I'd suggest the MicroATX Version of the nForce 2 chipset. They have everything you need, onboard. But, they also allow additions as well. Here are some to choose from:
The Asus A7N266 - has everything you need. - http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproduct.a ... 6813131433
If you wnat even faster performance, you could get the non deluxe A7N8X, which has everything but the soundstorm, and SATA. maybe a few different things as well.
Just go here for a good run down of motherboard manufacterers and the motherboards they make: http://www.newegg.com/app/manufactory.a ... =22&DEPA=1 Any questions, just ask.

My gf uses a Celery 333 box with 6.4GB HDD and 160MB RAM... running Win2k.
She can surf the web, chat with her friends and listen to mp3. Shes happy with it
Besides, her monitor is just as BIG as mine is
