ok i have a mother board that i have put in a 800 and 1.2 and it read both at 121 c.

Those temps can't be right. Are you having any instability, lock ups or other problems? Also what heatsink/fan are you using?
Mobo temp probes are rarely accurate but usually not THAT far off. I use a gigabyte mobo too and it's 2-3c off. As long as your system is stable I wouldn't worry about it.
I doubt the psu is causing that. How's your voltages?

Those all look fine except for the -12. Mine is showing 10.83. Not sure about that one if it matters though.
Everything stable? If so then no need to worry about it.
I would check and see if there is a bios update for your mobo. That might help give you closer temps.

It won't blow up. If the temp gets too hot your system would either lock up or shut down. Possibly reboot too.
I've had a few cheapy power supplies blow. Sounded like a gun going off, but there was no other damage and nothing flew out of the system. It all stayed in the psu.
