Intel mother board

Has anyone had any experence with the Intel D845PEBT2 system board. I am thinking about buying a 3.06 gig cpu and the computer shop people talk very good about this intel board. It being more stable and not having much problems with it. It uses 333 DDR memory which I am planning on putting 1 gig of it in. It doesnt have any overclocking to it except I believe the FSB can be raised 4% and thats it. I dont usually do any overclocking anyway but not sure if that would a bad thing not being able to just in case I change my mind later.
