anyone have the midiland s4 7100 plus?

anyone have these care to give their opinion on them?

I'm torn between these, the digitheatre (non-DTS), or go analog w/ the altec 5100's.

M main thing is i want to make use of my nforce apu But for the cost (a little over $200, which is pushing the limits of the budget), i'm not sure if i should go analog. That and I think the asus onboard sound isn't too happy (analog side).
